Build-A-Rail - Single Stack Only
Single Build-A-Rail guardrails are NOT stackable with another Build-A-Rail unit. Units can be mounted on a standard base for single rail height or with an optional post extension to achieve double rail height.
· Standard base mounting brings top rail height to 20”
· Optional 12” post extension may be used in addition to a standard post to increase the top rail height to 22”
· Available in 4, 6, 8 and 10’ sections
· Only guardrails are blemished.
o Optional base, extension and connectors are first quality.
· No returns allowed on single stack guardrail product.
**Anchoring hardware not included**
· Highly visible, yellow powder coat painted steel units provide a durable and attractive barrier.
· Barriers are designed to withstand impact to keep valuable equipment safe from forklift traffic.
· Durable and attractive black plastic end caps close ends and tops giving a finished look.
· Straight sections and 90 degree turns are easily accomplished using straight and corner connectors.
· Rail sections are constructed of sturdy 5/32” wall 4’’ x 4” steel tube
· Base units are constructed of 5/32” wall 4” x 4” steel tube welded to 5/8” thick 10” x 10” base plates
· An optional 4-pack of 3/4” by 4 ¼” wedge anchors is available to fit four 7/8” mounting holes in base plates.
